What You Will Do

• Operate in a challenging and fast-paced market, driving the team to rapidly respond to emerging threats and opportunities, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain innovative cybersecurity solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robust security features.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from various global locations, including product management, QA, and DevOps, to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines, driving the successful execution of product roadmaps.
  
  

• Proven experience in leading and managing software engineering teams, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
• Track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks and challenges.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with 2+ years in a leadership role managing software engineering teams, along with 5+ years operating as Engineer, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong technical background in cloud-based technologies and large-scale distributed systems.
• Applied knowledge of software development practices, programming languages (Go preferred), microservices, and operating systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading and growing high-performance engineering teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong bias for action and experience operating in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a strategic mindset and a track record of making sound technical decisions that align with business goals.
