We’re looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Team Leader to lead our growing Social Media team. As a Social Media Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring our studio’s social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Social Media Specialists and Artists in multiple studios and be the POC for different departments
• A quick thinker and proactive work flows
• On the spot training and feedback
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and content across different genres
• Define the most important social media KPIs, growing them and creating strategies to keep the up trend
• Implement workflows, working within the studios and across different teams
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Be on top of global social media trends on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Economy Monetization, Sales and Product Development teams.
• Hire and train others in the team
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in Social Media - across all platforms
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager/Producer, or similar role
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Have proven knowledge of different strategies used for different genres on social media
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media channels
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, good under pressure
