User Acquisition Manager

Persona.ly is a global company that develops machine-learning based RTB platform, with representations in Europe, India, Japan, the US, Korea, and headquarters in Rehovot, Israel.

Our team works closely with some of the world's most successful mobile apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals, helping them with user acquisition and retargeting goals.

We provide data-driven insights derived from our predictive models, which process over 3 million transactions a second and over 50 data points.

We are seeking a motivated UA Manager to drive user acquisition.

In this role, you'll:

• Manage and optimize UA campaigns using our proprietary RTB platform with 50+ data points.
• Analyze complex campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and mobile measurement partners (MMPs)- advantage
• High proficiency in English for daily communication
• Familiarity/ orientation to gaming- advantage
