THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for finance? We’re seeking a talented Revenue Ops Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage billing & collections end-to-end.
• Communicate with global gateways and resolve inquiries.
• Streamline processes for effective AR management.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for
• Manage and monitor all accounts receivable processes.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or variances identified during the reconciliation process.
• Document and communicate findings to the finance team and management, providing recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements by providing accurate and reliable data.
• Identify and recommend improvements in the reconciliation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Hold a BA in Economics, Finance, or Business.
• Proficient in English.
