Panax is a well funded Series A Fintech startup based in Tel Aviv and New York. Our mission is to empower finance teams to efficiently and easily manage cash and liquidity. We are building a cash flow management platform that enhances the ability to manage cash and liquidity effectively.

The company was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and executives from successful direct-to-consumer, SaaS, and public companies (ex. Harvard, Facebook, BCG, EY, MOD, Mixtiles, Private equity, Otonomo, and even an Olympic athlete).

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic Operations team and play a key role in ensuring a successful customer life cycle. In this role, you will be a part of the technical customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless connectivity and providing ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. You will troubleshoot data and technical issues, assist the Ops team with real-time problem-solving, and collaborate closely with both customers and internal teams.

What will you be responsible for?

• Facilitating the onboarding process for new customers by implementing connectivity solutions
• Diagnosing and resolving data and technical issues encountered by customers and internal teams
• Coming up with intermediate solutions to provide customers with a quick resolution time
• Communicating with our customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey
• Creating technical documentation for internal and external use
  
  

• 2+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Technical support, Information Systems, or equivalent fields
• Strong hands-on technical abilities
• Experience with internal teams collaboration and customer communication
• Read and analyze logs
• SQL and hands-on experience in database management
• Manage SFTP connections
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages
• Fintech background - advantage
