Talent Acquisition Lead

CYE is looking for an ambitious, passionate, and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be hands-on in recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across our global operations. Additionally, you will mentor the recruitment team, ensuring effective recruitment strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and professionally develop the recruitment team, creating a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conduct sourcing using advanced tools and AI-driven techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes
• Promote employer branding through networking events, social media, and other digital platforms
  
  

• 5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry
• Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges
• High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken - a must
• Exceptional sourcing skills with experience using AI and other advanced tools
• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret recruitment data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading and mentoring a recruitment team
