The opportunity

The Finance Director is responsible for leading the improvements of TGO rolling forecast and costing systems and processes. This position will interface with cross organizational stakeholders in order to implement the new rolling forecast and quarterly costing processes and systems in TGO Finance.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Work closely with the business and cross organizational stakeholders – procurement, supply chain, Commercial, Portfolio, sites, FP&A, accounting and IT to successfully to define the URS, design and execution of the new rolling forecast and quarterly costing processes and systems.
• Integrate and lead the S2C and D2R implications on TGO Finance.
• Build and monitor project timelines. Present management progress, risks and mitigations.
• Define the testing scenarios and lead all UAT activities.
• Lead all project activities including change management and trainings.
  
  

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Information systems or equivalent. MBA advantage
• 10+ years professional finance systems experience, experience from global manufacturing industry - an advantage.
• Experience with leading complex, cross functional IT projects
• Costing experience in manufacturing companies - must
• SAP ECC detailed knowledge – CO and MM module - must
• Strong Communication and partnering skills
• Fluent in English
