The Role

Affiliate Program Management

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's affiliate marketing program.
• Recruit new affiliate partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

• Act as the main point of contact for affiliates and partners.
• Negotiate terms of affiliate agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
• Provide support to affiliates, helping them optimize their campaigns and increase their earnings.
  
  

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of affiliate campaigns.
• Use data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms.
  
  

• Develop strategies to scale the affiliate program, including identifying and targeting new potential partners.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to refine the affiliate strategy.
  
  

• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop promotional materials and ensure they are aligned with the company's brand.
• Coordinate campaigns with partners, including promotions, events, and co-branded initiatives.
  
  

• Ensure that affiliates adhere to the company's policies and industry regulations.
• Monitor for potential fraud and take necessary actions to protect the company's interests.
  
  

• You have at least 3 years experience within a Partnerships / Alliances role, ideally within the Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange and FinTech industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
