Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of developers across backend, and frontend.
• Develop and maintain cutting-edge server-side applications using NestJS.
• Design and manage robust databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
• You can collaborate with team members to integrate UI with server-side logic.
• Ensure top-notch performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications.
• Tackle bottlenecks and bugs head-on, maintaining high code quality and automation.
• Mentor your team, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding standards.
• Align development goals with other teams and stakeholders, actively participating in development activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Expertise in NestJS or Node.js, with strong SQL database skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Docker, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent coding standards, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
