Technical Product Manager

4Cast Decision Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered solution that provides decision support and decision augmentation. Our platform uses advanced AI to model and simulate various scenarios, helping decision-makers explore and choose the best courses of action.

As a Technical Product Manager at 4Cast, you’ll lead the implementation of key features in the 4Cast platform. You will be working closely with the development teams the and product managers to ensure that the product requirements are covered and that the required value is achieved. We’re looking for someone ready to level up their skills in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

• Translate product requirements, develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
• Serve as a liaison between the product and R&D teams by transforming detailed specifications and requirements into actionable tasks
• Work closely with product managers to learn about what problems they are aiming to solve with the product and implement new developed features
• Arrange and prioritize sprints, evaluating progress at each stage of development
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog according to business value or ROI
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, Product Managers and other internal functions to ensure customers needs are met in accordance with time, budget and quality requirements.

• B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems /related field or equivalent development experience
• 3+ years experience as Technical Product Manager
• Self-starter and “can do” attitude
• Familiarity with SW Development processes
• Ability to present complex technical information clearly to varying audiences, with good customer-facing skills
• Ability to learn cutting-edge technologies and to investigate 
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Hebrew and English proficiency
• Experience with micro-services architecture – advantage
• Experience writing user stories and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in an ever-changing environment – advantage
