About the Company:

An early stage food supplement company starting its incubator period, is looking for a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the company, including short- and long-term goals and objectives

• Lead and manage a team of employees, contractors, and advisors to execute on the company's vision and mission

• Oversee all financial and operational aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

• Communicate with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners, to build relationships and support the growth of the company

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and use this knowledge to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills and experience leading and managing teams

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting and forecasting

• Experience in the food industry preferably in food supplements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred
