Technical QA Engineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical QA Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in software development or technical QA, who are looking to leverage their skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of our highly technical platform to ensure the highest quality of software releases.
• Develop and maintain automated tests as part of the testing process.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand product requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
• Design and execute detailed test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all features and functionalities.
• Document test results meticulously and provide detailed feedback to the development team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and testing tools to continually enhance the testing framework.

Required Qualifications:

• +2 years of proven experience in QA, specifically within highly technical or development-focused environments.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Strong experience in using observability tools such as OTEL, APMs, and code instrumentation.
• Ability to write comprehensive test automation scripts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in software development or coding.
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
