Marketing Automation Specialist

A global leader in the B2B SaaS industry is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist. This role involves building and optimizing marketing processes, with a focus on marketing automation and digital campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize HubSpot to design, implement, and optimize lead generation and nurturing campaigns
• Ensure integration and synchronization between marketing automation systems and Salesforce
• Optimize buyer journeys on the website and email nurturing campaigns to increase lead capture
• Establish and maintain marketing campaign planning, tracking, reporting, SOPs, timelines, and calendars
• Identify areas for improvement in marketing processes and system
• Work closely with Design, Content, Media and Sales teams to execute, track, and report on marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation / Marketing Ops or a related role, preferably from a B2B company
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented with a goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
