AP Bookkeeper (50% Position)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive AP Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time

basis. The ideal candidate will assist with various bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and

efficiency in our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented,

eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payables: Process vendor invoices in multiple currencies, create new vendors (local and foreign), manage proforma invoices, and handle AP aging.
• Vendor Payments: Process payments in the NetSuite system and prepare them for bank uploading.
• Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly and in accordance with company policy.
• Recording Journal Entries: Accurately record journal entries and maintain up-to-date records.
• Employee Expenses: Review and process employee travel reports and expenses.
• Month-End Closing Support: Provide reports, reconcile account balances, and perform
• other tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 1+2 certification in Accounts Payable.
• Availability to work from our offices in Ramat-Gan on a part-time basis.
• Experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in office applications, especially Excel.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong work ethic, responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop.
