The company is a worldwide leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing of High Security access solutions for institutional, commercial, industrial, residential and automotive applications, is looking for an Account Manager for its International Customer Service Department.

Assuring excellent end to end service to the company's clients abroad: preparing quotes and coordinating them with the client, receiving and handling of clients’ orders, while prioritizing and monitoring execution within the organization, maintaining proactive contact with the client in order to expand and increase the product portfolio and sales volumes.

Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to logistical and other challenges while sharing and raising flags to the relevant functions within the organization to improve service levels and external and internal customer value.

Managing and maintaining data Customer data in the ERP system, updating and managing the company's price list for export clients.

Organizing and handling visits of individual clients or delegations, including planning an Agenda and coordinating logistics (hotels, transportation, tours etc.)

A full time position, located in our offices in Yavne.

Bachelor's degree - mandatory

Technical background – an advantage

Proven experience of 3-5 years in a position that requires similar knowledge and skills

English at a high level - a must! Additional languages ​​- an advantage

Full control of Office software

Knowledge of Excel at a high level - pivot tables, advanced filters - an advantage

Familiarity and experience with SAP - an advantage

Work experience in a global company - a significant advantage

Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
