Employee Experience:

• Develop and execute an annual events plan, overseeing employee-focused activities and budget management.
• Collaborate across departments to assess needs and enhance the work experience.
• Design and manage onboarding programs for smooth new hire integration.
• Support employee development and career growth opportunities.
• Facilitate open communication channels and address employee concerns.
• Regularly measure and improve employee satisfaction and engagement.

Employer Branding:

• Develop and implement employer branding strategies, promoting LSports as an employer of choice.
• Enhance LSports' presence through engaging content and social media management.
• Collaborate on recruitment marketing and create compelling job descriptions.
• Monitor and analyze employer brand perception, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Organize and coordinate employer branding events to boost visibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience management, including budget management.
• Proven success in employer branding and campaign development.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with HRIS platforms (Hibob – advantage).
• Passion for creating positive employee experiences and building a strong brand.
• Attention to detail and leadership skills to inspire and collaborate effectively.
• Analytical abilities to measure and improve program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field – advantage.
