Senior BI developer

As a Senior BI Developer, you will work on collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing huge sets of data. You’ll lead data processes, work on requirements, design the solution, develop complex ETLs, and visualize the actionable insights that will make a major impact on our success and players experience.

You’ll work directly with cross-functional teams to understand the business needs to better prepare you to provide reliable and creative BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization
• Develop and maintain databases that serve as the foundation for reports
• Develop and implement data transformation techniques to update and personalize game features based on player behavior
• Identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance player engagement, monetization and retention
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the overall gaming experience
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using DBT to ensure data is accurately and efficiently processed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience working as a BI Developer or as a Data analyst. Experience in writing complex SQL queries and building end-to-end ETL processes
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, statistics, economics, or other numerate/analytical degree equivalent or army unit equivalent
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT data pipelines and data modeling
• Strong analytical and technical capabilities to transform data into impactful insights through high-level problem-solving skills.
• Independent, fast learner, and able to prioritize well while working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with many different interfaces with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion and interest in games
