Senior BI Developer

The company

We are a fast-growing B2C gaming startup based in Tel Aviv, dedicated to building immersive and original digital experiences.

The role

Own BI end-to-end for a high-volume B2C product, from gathering business needs and modelling data to shipping dashboards that drive decisions across product, marketing, finance and payments.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain BI assets: data models, pipelines, dashboards and self-service solutions (dbt, BigQuery, Looker).
• Take full ownership of a business domain, from raw data to decisions. Domains include product and marketing analytics, and payments (transactions, approval rates, chargebacks, reconciliation).
• Design and validate instrumentation for new features and flows before launch.
• Support ad-hoc deep dives for Product, Finance, Payments, Risk, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Work with Data Engineering to keep pipelines accurate and production-grade.

Requirements

• 3+ years of BI or analytics experience in a B2C, online or gaming environment.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience building data models and pipelines.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Advantages

• Complex ETL and data warehouse design with Airflow and dbt.
• Background in payments or financial transaction data (payment providers, settlements, chargebacks, fraud).
• Looker (LookML), BigQuery.
