Waves Audio, the world's leading provider of audio software and hardware solutions, seeks a talented IT Support Specialist to join our expanding IT team. This individual will provide comprehensive support services and actively participate in our new IT initiatives and projects. The position is based at Waves' offices in Tel Aviv, and we operate in a hybrid work environment.

Major Responsibilities:

• Supporting Waves employees in Israel and worldwide.
• Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on employee questions and technical issues.
• Supporting and configuring IT systems including endpoints, printers, switches, and conference rooms.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Help Desk/IT Support Specialist. -mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in supporting, troubleshooting, configuring, and installing Windows environments - mandatory.
• High knowledge and understanding in Network concepts, protocols, and topologies - mandatory.
• High knowledge and understanding in Microsoft services (Active directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365 etc.). - mandatory.
• Experience with supporting MacOS & Linux OS - advantage.
• English language (reading, writing, and speaking)- mandatory.
• Experience with supporting users worldwide – advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
