Account Executive for US

About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive (US-oriented) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our B2B sales approach and accelerating revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospects, understand their needs, and present our solutions to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy aligned with our business objectives, identifying target markets, and defining sales processes and workflows.
• Design and implement enterprise sales processes including qualification, deal closure, and to create a scalable and efficient sales operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Presale, SDRs, CSMs, and align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to anticipate customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the enterprise or retail-tech sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with B2B clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Analytical with a data-driven decision mindset.
• Results-oriented and Self-motivated, with a proactive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on multiple responsibilities, making decisions in an agile and resourceful manner.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and disrupting traditional industry norms.
• Native or mother tongue level of English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
