We are an early-stage (advanced Seed round with promising VCs) Healthcare company seeking a CTO/VP R&D as a co-founder.

Parkinson's disease is the 2nd most common neurodegenerative disease and one of the leading causes of disability in the past 20 years, with millions of patients worldwide.

We at ActualSignal, are on a mission to change the way Parkinson's care is delivered. We believe that digitally enhanced, accurate continuous assessments enable better care with superior clinical outcomes. That's why we are developing a proprietary multi-modal AI platform that integrates computer vision and ongoing wearable data to drive new clinical insights for Parkinson's care. Our platform empowers patients and caregivers to manage their health and allows clinics to provide the best care while increasing the number of patients treated.

You will join the company’s founding team and shape, mold, and build our team and all aspects of the company's technology.

The ideal partner will be a leader with excellent communication skills, a solid technological track record, and a passion for building products and technologies that will make an impact from scratch.

So, if you have:

• Experience leading and managing technical teams, including the ability to recruit, hire and retain top talent.

• Proven record for delivery of complex solutions from zero.

• A deep understanding of computer vision, machine learning, and data science.

• Experience with mobile, wearables, and predictive analysis- an advantage.

• Previous founder experience – an advantage

• Experience in building Digital Health products / medical devices - an advantage

About the CEO:

A leader with extensive technology background after 30 years of service in the IDF. Was the commander of MAMRAM and led elite cyber units in both IDF and the MOD. For the past year, Passionate about improving the care of Parkinson's disease patients, founding ActualSignal in partnership with ICHILOV's top clinicians. Holds a B.Sc., an M.Sc. in Computer Science, and an MBA (in health care innovation).
