Business Intelligence Team Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to join our growing organization. The BI Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of BI analysts and developers to deliver high-quality BI solutions that drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing BI projects.

Descriptions:

The job responsibilities include managing BI processes including:

• Leading the organization to adopt advance BI tools use and BI concept.
• End-to-end responsibility for processes – design, develop, test, monitor, support and maintain.
• Guiding business and developments teams to use reports and alerts properly.
• Work closely with business, data, product and tech teams.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or studies (Information Systems / Industrial Engineering /etc) – A must
• Proven experience with BI tools – Tableau (a big advantage), Power BI, etc – A must.
• Experience writing complex queries in SQL – A must
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into a technical solution – A must.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
