NOC Service Analyst (Student Position)

We're on the lookout for a NOC Engineer to join our team in Jerusalem and work with a team of NOC engineers to support the operation of the network operation center.

Our NOC Engineers monitor, troubleshoot, and proactively manage customer engagements through technical analysis and outstanding communication skills in multiple channels.

What will your job look like?

• Monitor the network, servers, hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, and remote technologies
• Field incoming calls, help clients troubleshoot IT 1st level issues, diagnose network and server problems, and provide resolutions
• Oversee the preventative maintenance of all networking equipment for various industries
• Document all incoming calls and record the technical issues addressed in each call
• Analyze data, build and provide reports base on that data
• Maintain logs of resolutions, communicate with vendors about ongoing problems, and use a ticketing system to update information regarding the progress of each call
  
  

• Engineering degree student with at least four semesters remaining
• Ability to work weekends and nights
• Ability to provide 5 shifts per week including at least one shift during Sunday-Thursday daytime.
• High level of English
• Knowledge in Python and C++ - Advantage
