NOC Operator | Central Israel | 24/7 Shifts

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a NOC Operator for a leading organization in Central Israel.

The role includes real-time monitoring and maintenance of critical systems, initial incident analysis and resolution, and ongoing collaboration with technical teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain critical systems

Identify, analyze, and provide initial response to incidents in real time

Document incidents and transfer relevant information to the appropriate teams

Work with VM servers, IT infrastructure, networks, enterprise applications, and advanced monitoring and control tools

Collaborate with support teams, development teams, and external vendors

Activate emergency procedures during critical incidents

Work in 24/7 shifts

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a NOC environment is a significant advantage

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN networking

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus
