We are looking for a Paid Social Expert to join our team, someone who has done awesome work with Meta and Youtube ads, who can work at the strategy and execution level at the same time.

Your profile

• 2+ years working in a non-agency performance marketing role
• Action oriented + highly analytical
• Proven success launching and scaling Meta and YouTube campaigns
• Current experience managing $100k+ monthly budgets
• Have a strong POV on full-funnel marketing as it pertains to paid social
• Advanced degree in math, engineering, sciences is a plus

Your responsibilities

• Drive business growth through Paid Social; own strategy + execution
• Generate insights about customer needs and desires, translate insights into marketing strategies
• Build and manage advertising campaigns on Meta, Youtube, TikTok
• Oversee paid social creatives strategy and production
• Report on campaign performance
• Collaborate with and report to the founder and the management team
