Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at WALL-SMART in Petah Tikva. (Sgula Industrial Area).

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for order pre and post-order support, order processing, ensuring customer satisfaction, customer training, and participation in Exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Administrative skills - working with CRM, ERP, and Monday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in the smart home technology industry is a plus
• Fluency in English - a must
