Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager at Visually, you will be responsible for ideating, preparing, and implementing storefront experiences, analyzing test results, and managing ongoing brand relationships to ensure their success with our platform.
What You’ll Do
- Develop an A/B testing roadmap to help brands optimize store elements, content, and shopper experiences
- Implement intricate and technical A/B testing experiences, and monitor website analytics and performance
- Meet regularly with brands to present test results, identify opportunities for improvement, and strategize about future initiatives
- Own end-to-end relationships with brands, and swiftly address any of their needs or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to website optimization
Who You Are
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex information to non-technical individuals
- Tech oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools and software.
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce or SaaS industry
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and simultaneously work and learn independently
- Background in user experience - A strong advantage
- Analytical background - A strong advantage
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS - A strong advantage
