Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Switchup in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, retaining customers, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Must Haves

- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry.

- Strong technical background in construction process.

- Proven ability to guide clients through all project phases, including space planning, design, client handover, and ongoing support post-occupancy.

- Proficiency in Monday.com and AutoCAD is a plus.
