Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Penetration Tester to join our team at HackersEye. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both application and infrastructure penetration testing, with a solid understanding of Windows internals, Linux, and networking. This role requires someone who can think like an attacker, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our clients' security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on applications, networks, and infrastructure.
• Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities.
• Provide detailed reports with findings, risk assessments, and remediation advice.
• Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and tailor testing accordingly.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, techniques, and tools.
• Participate in red team exercises and advanced threat simulations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in application and infrastructure penetration testing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows internals, Linux, and networking.
• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
• OSCP certification or higher (e.g., OSCE, CISSP, CEH) is MUST.
• Experience with tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, and others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of cloud security and experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of advanced persistent threats (APTs) and modern attack techniques.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
