IVC is looking for an Information Specialist – focusing on Venture Capital

Founded in 1997, IVC is the leading data source and business information company in Israel's high-tech industry.

Job location – Tel Aviv / Hybrid

Full-time position

Responsibilities: 

• Find new data about Israeli & foreign investors (VC funds, Investment Companies, CVCs, Institutional Investors, and more), and research their activities.
• Leverage our database to ensure that business data is audited and added to the IVC Platform efficiently while adhering to certain methodologies to ensure that data is of the utmost quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals to enhance the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the IVC Platform.
• Attend industry conferences to gather information, expand networks, and enhance corporate knowledge 

Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills. 
• Enjoys relationship building and conversing with new people, and comfortable to engage a diverse group of industry contacts.
• Interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
• Fluent English speaker and proficiency in Hebrew.
• Knowledge of technology, venture capital, private equity - an advantage.
• Prior experience working with content management systems is a plus. 
• Ability to complete repetitive and intensive work with a high level of accuracy.
• A degree in economics, finance, statistics, or related subjects - an advantage.
