We are recruiting a new position - technical SDR to join the development of our company!
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
This role involves researching potential leads, maintaining high activity levels to meet lead generation goals, and scheduling meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
The SDR will also build relationships with prospects, follow up to keep them engaged, accurately record lead interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on lead generation metrics to the CEO and sales team.
Continuous refinement of lead generation strategies based on performance data and market feedback is essential.
The position is possible part-time or full-time

Responsibilites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an advantage
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role , preferably in the technology industry.
- Understanding of technology solutions and the ability to communicate complex concepts to potential customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
