Automation Engineer

A high-tech company in the Fintech field that develops analytical solutions for financial institutions. The company develops Predictive Analytics tools for the Insurance sector. It has developed an AI-based cloud platform (SaaS) with groundbreaking analytical capabilities, creating a real consumer revolution in the insurance and banking worlds: real-time personalization that matches financial products (insurance policies, loans, etc.) to customers with a high degree of accuracy - the right product, at the right price, at the right time, offered in real-time across various touchpoints (website, app, insurance agent, bank clerk, etc.).

The company works on advanced Big Data systems and algorithm-based models.

Located in the center of the country near a train station, the company operates in a hybrid format with two days of work from home. Currently, it has nearly 350 employees, of whom 120 are in development.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing infrastructure and tests alongside the Backend as part of a new team being built from scratch.
• Expanding the existing Python infrastructure (possibility to transition from Java).
• Working on Linux in an AWS environment and closely with the DevOps team.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
• 4 years of experience in test automation, object-oriented programming (OOP), and hands-on development in complex, multi-component environments.
• 2 years of experience in designing and building automation infrastructure.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Automation using Jenkins.
• Experience with SQL and complex data querying/analysis involving both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and a team player.
• Experience with automating testing platforms such as JUnit, PyTest, Selenium, and Appium.
