Your Role:

- Lead Red Team engagements, conducting simulated attacks to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our clients' systems.

- Develop and execute advanced attack scenarios, emulating real-world adversaries to enhance our clients' defensive capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their security posture and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and techniques, continuously refining our red teaming methodologies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Red Teaming and related cybersecurity roles .

- Expertise in conducting simulated attacks, including social engineering, network exploitation, and post-exploitation activities.

- Experience with penetration testing Web, Mobile, and Thick Client applications.

- Knowledge of network security, common protocols, and OWASP Top 10.

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

- Deep understanding of common network protocols, operating systems, and cloud environments.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, CRTM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
