Job Description

A leading global company in Tel Aviv, providing financial services to international companies via outsourcing, is seeking an HR Coordinator for a diverse and broad role in a dynamic, challenging, and global environment. The role includes Working with various interfaces and dealing with areas such as employee attendance, data entry, information collection, report generation, welfare, benefits, training, system updates, assistance in recruitment and payroll, and more.

Skill Requirements

• Full-time position reporting to the HR Manager
• Immediate availability – mandatory
• Background and previous experience of 3-4 years in a similar role
• Relevant education - a significant advantage
• Very good level of English – reading, writing, and speaking
• Proficiency in Office software – at a very good level
• Affinity for software and searching in information databases (internet)
• Familiarity with attendance software - an advantage
• Quick learning, efficiency, excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, good interpersonal communication
