We're Looking For: A passionate and open-minded Prompt Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and testing prompts that drive the performance of our AI tools. You will be our “AI expert”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and refine LLM prompts to optimize the performance of AI tools on Twee.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation of existing prompts across different LLMs to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Test new models on the market and evaluate their performance in relation to our goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI to incorporate new techniques into prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with the product team to create high-quality content.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of zero-shot, one-shot and few-shot prompting techniques, as well as the basics of fine-tuning LLMs.
• Proficiency with latest LLMs offered by Open AI, Anthropic, Google, Meta etc. as well as smaller open-source models.
• Passion and genuine interest in the latest developments in the field of AI.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient or native knowledge of English.
• A degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related technical degree/education is preferred.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
