The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision-making by managing and analyzing large datasets. You will develop efficient data collection systems and provide insights through detailed analysis and reporting. Collaborating closely with management and stakeholders, you will prioritize business needs and present key findings to inform strategies. You will also design and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance data accessibility. Proficiency in SQL and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Be Accountable For:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards on various visualization tools.

The Right Person:

• Proven experience as a data analyst, 3 years+.
• High proficiency in SQL. Knowledge of DWH modeling is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Knowledge of statistics at least at a basic level.
• Python, R, and other scripting languages - an advantage.
• Experience with AI/ML - a big advantage
