The Role

We are looking for Sales Specialists with a desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.

The perfect candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, committed, and hungry to succeed!

This compensation package includes high commissions, sales incentives and a Cibus card.

Your job will be the first link in our chain - purchasing properties from sellers -you are expected to convert warm/hot leads to successful deals.

Training will be provided by the company - there is no need for prior Real Estate experience.

The Right Person:

• At least 1-year experience with telemarketing/sales, Senior Salesperson- advantage!
• Fluent English speaker.
• Resilient and understanding in the face of objections and rejection
• Tenacious, ambitious, and persistent team player with a strong executive presence and dedication to achieving goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-player at heart.
• Passion for winning, hungry to succeed, and a highly competitive spirit.
• Independent, strong communication and time management skills
• Tech Savvy, preferably proficient with CRM systems
• Versatile and flexible, with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

4-5 night shifts per week, Sunday-Saturday (weekend shifts are remote)

Our offices are located next to Gindi Towers in Tel Aviv.

Shift hours: 17:00-1:00, 19:00-3:00
