We are seeking a researcher with extensive expertise in soil microorganisms to play a pivotal role in our carbon sequestration project.

Job Description:

- Conduct thorough literature research.

- Write reviews, white papers, summaries, and presentations.

- Plan and execute experiments aligned with company goals, timelines, and work plans.

- Analyze, present, and implement findings and results.

- Develop and maintain protocols and operational processes.

- Study various soil microorganisms.

- Perform a range of soil tests.

Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in Biology and Life Sciences, Plant Science, Soil Science, or Earth Science.

- Deep understanding of soil microorganisms.

- Industry experience in research and development.

- Familiarity with a scientific work environment and professional literature.

- Ability to work accurately under pressure.

- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving problems.

- High level of organizational and planning skills.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hebrew).

- Proficient computer skills.
