Data Engineer

A startup in the Data Marketing field, focusing on Lifetime Value (LTV) and customer value prediction over their lifetime. This critical data allows companies to invest wisely in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), which is often done without metrics and uniformly across all customer types. The company helps businesses identify their most profitable customers by analyzing user data and calculating the potential LTV of each customer, optimizing marketing budgets.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line, the company has 50 employees and operates on a hybrid model with two days of remote work.

Job Description:

This role involves joining the development team to work on backend systems using Python in an AWS environment and a production setting.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 1 year in python

• 2 years of experience designing and developing production systems in AWS or equivalent

• Leading features from inception to production (design and implementation)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently on large projects and get things done

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
