Quality Assurance Engineer

A multidisciplinary high-tech company specializing in image processing and artificial intelligence. The systems monitor and alert about driver alertness and behavior inside the vehicle based on elements such as pupil dilation, head position, etc. Additionally, they optimize according to the number of passengers identified in the vehicle and their location.

The company was founded by experienced founders and professors, developing vehicle safety systems to provide a safer and better driving experience. Monitoring solutions are already integrated into 17 models of 4 car manufacturers in China and the United States.

The company has raised $68M so far after several rounds of funding and is now publicly traded.

Located in Tel Aviv, near the train line, with about 60 employees, including 30 in R&D.

Role-

Joining as part of a team, reporting to the QA Manager. includes 80% manual testing and 20% automation in Python (aiming to significantly and quickly increase the automation part) using Selenium. The product is complex in the fields of Automotive and AI.

Responsibilities-

• Review and analyze SW requirements

• Design test cases based on SW requirements (STD)

• Execute manual and automated tests on multiple platforms (Win, Linux, Cloud)

• Raise, investigate, and report issues detected

• Work with cross-functional teams (dev, product, project, support)

Requirements-

• 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer

• Solid knowledge and experience of QA methodologies & processes (requirement analysis, test design/execution, regression tests, bug reporting)

• Experience with test design/execution and bug reporting tools.

• Experience with rest API (postman)

• Coding basic knowledge (python/java)
