Business Unit Manager – Energy Sector

The unit provides energy solutions (import), such as charging stations, power supply, electricity generation, and solar conditions.

Responsibilities :

Establishment and Management of Unit Activities: Oversee all business and professional operations, including defining processes, process control, identifying failures and issues, and providing solutions.

Sales: Selling solutions to existing customers and acquiring new clients.

Business Development: Expanding activities into new sectors, identifying business opportunities and growth drivers, and implementing them.

Work according to business and professional goals – annual target.

Reporting to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing L&P in an energy company with a similar target scope or managing an energy company with a similar target scope.
• Experience in managing transactions in a technological environment.
• Experience in managing large tenders – an advantage.
• Commercial/business acumen.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Excellent English.
• Ability to cope in a high-pressure and demanding environment.
