Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the user experience of our SaaS application.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for prospects and customers
• Take end-to-end responsibility for integrations with third-party systems
• Provide technical support to prospects and customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet customer needs
• Continuously improve integration processes and solutions based on customer feedback and emerging technologies
• Develop and maintain documentation for custom solutions and integrations
  
  

• Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field, or past service in a technological unit
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in Python
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customized solutions
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
