We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our Social Casino Community team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth, engagement, and retention through impactful community efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a robust social media strategy, creating compelling content and promotions that resonate with our audience. What You’ll Do

• Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram, and other channels. Candidates should have a proven track record in creating social media strategies in the gaming industry that drive in-game growth, engagement, and retention, aligning with our overarching goals.
• Content Management: Plan and execute social media promotions and campaigns designed to drive user growth, enhance engagement, and improve player retention rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product leads, creative services and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective social media initiatives on a global scale.
• Presentation and Reporting on Social Analytics: Present social media plans, progress, and performance metrics to stakeholders weekly, demonstrating strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively. Ability to analyze social media and product performance metrics (KPI’s) and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
• Monitor Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices, particularly as they relate to the gaming and social casino sectors.
• Community Management: Engage with the player community, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and interactive environment on our social media channels, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Player Council: Establish and lead a new Player Council which includes meeting with players (EG: monthly calls) to collect valuable player insights and share them with the product teams to drive game enhancements and game improvements.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in social media marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing gaming communities, driving engagement, retention & growth
• Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of social media campaigns as it relates to the product roadmap.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other), influencer marketing and building other online communities.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, perfect English written and spoken.
• Gaming experience is a must, Social Casino gaming experience a plus!
