UX Designer

Job Description Summary

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences for our enterprise software products such as Testim. You will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that meet business and user needs. This role requires great design skills and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills in English (and Hebrew preferred).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards.
  
  

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for enterprise software products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design alignment with project goals.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system.
  
  

• Designing a new dashboard or datagrid for a testing software application, focusing on data visualization and user interaction.
• Conducting user research to understand user pain points and create user personas.
• Leading a design sprint to rapidly prototype and test a new feature for a business application.
