HRBP (Maternity leave replacement)

Allied Universal EM- a global company in the Electronic monitoring field are looking for experienced HRBP to support the Global RnD department, for maternity leave replacement.

The HRBP will oversee all human resources aspects and practices and consulting business leaders on leadership and organizational issues to support the achievement of organizational and business goals.

• Acts as a consultant and partner to the departments management including VP, guiding on HR-related matters.
• leading, implementing and delivering HR initiatives.
• Initiate HR processes and activities to achieve organization goals and objectives.
• Implement and ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness.
• Responsible for E2E HR support within the departments including employee work cycles, people, organization, processes and interfaces.
• Support driving HR strategy in the areas of talent management, employee development, culture & employee engagement, total compensation management, performance management, and effective compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions
• Mentoring and coaching to new team leads.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and KPIs for the global.
  
  

• Relevant BA and MA degree
• At least 4 years of experience as HRBP.
• strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening )
• Collaboration in a matrix environment
• High English level
• Willingness to work hard
