Vice President Finance

As the VP of Finance, you will be a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team.

You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the financial performance of the organization in relation to its long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the senior executive leadership team on financial performance and business strategy.
• Provide insights and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth plans.
• Develop and implement finance and administrative objectives, strategies, policies, and plans to support business goals.
• Establish and maintain business partnerships with suppliers, banks, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct analytical financial reviews and provide commentary on key business areas regularly or ad hoc.
• Support the CEO in decision-making processes with clear financial insights and engagement.
• Supervise the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and timetables.
• Ensure financial risks are identified, understood, and managed effectively.
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure the availability of funds.
• Liaise with external service providers, including auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Manage and support the Finance Team across all office locations.
• Report directly to the Global CFO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance-CPA- mandatory
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role- 8 years- mandatory
• Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in managing financial risks and cash flow
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
