Sales Business Application Admin

We are looking for a Sales Business Application Admin / Implementation who is passionate about building products that customers don't just use, but love. The ideal candidate will help drive and shape the next phase of ControlUp's innovative platform, using cutting-edge technologies. He or she must have excellent relationship and influencer skills, a strong technical background, proven communication, presentation skills, be self-motivated and eager to take the initiative, and work well in a geographically-distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience in designing Salesforce-based solutions, including cross-cloud processess
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches to project management
• proven experience as a Salesforce developer, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitation
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
