HEAD OF MARKETING wanted for well funded and established cyber start-up

. If you are a VP MARKETING and very hands -on , its also relevant.

Your main focus will be on LEAD GEN and MARKETING OPERATIONS and less on branding. Your experience must reflect this

* Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar leadership role in a startup b2b environment.

*Ideally from the cyber space, but not critical.

*Must be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in startup environments and a stable track record.

*Will manage two as well as vendors

* work across multiple teams to drive growth and brand awareness.

*Will have superb English

* Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Closely monitor and optimize the marketing funnel

•         Marketing Operations: Oversee marketing operations to ensure efficient and effective marketing processes, including budget management, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.

•         Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.

•         Strategic Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

Salary is competitive and position is based in Tel Aviv, (hybrid).
