Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and posts that resonate with our target audience.

• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of our social media efforts.

• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions promptly and thoughtfully.

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize future content and campaigns.

• Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and collaborators to amplify our reach and impact.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including platform-specific best practices and trends.

• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Passion for plants, gardening, and sustainable living but not necessary

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
