Role Description:
- Building digital forms in the organization's form system.
- Integration and testing of interfaces between various systems.
- Manual testing with customer contact channels (remote document signing, etc.), approximately 30% of the role.
- Reading specification documents, preparing test plans and processes, conducting tests across various systems, and documenting results.
- Providing ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating relevant development concerns.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software implementation and testing - mandatory.
- Experience in interface and process testing - mandatory.
- Experience in reading and understanding specification documents - mandatory.
- Experience in Server/Client testing - mandatory.
- Experience with XML, JSON - significant advantage.
- Experience with SQL/mongoDB databases - advantage.
- BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with a focus on Information Systems- advantage.
